The following instructions will enable you to connect your Android device to DWU Wireless, the secure WiFi network. Some of these settings may vary based on brand and phone model. 


  1. Click "Settings" then select "Wireless & Networks" and "WiFi settings". 
  2. If WiFi is not enabled, please enable it. 
  3. Select "DWU Wireless". 
  4. For "EAP method" select "PEAP". 
  5. For "Phase 2 authentication" select "MSCHAPV2". 
  6. Set "CA Certificate" to "Do not validate". 
  7. Enter your Identity as your username without @dwu.edu, e.g. "john.dow.22". 
  8. Some devices may have an "Anonymous identity" field. Leave this blank. 
  9. For "Password" enter your DWU password. 
  10. Touch "Connect".
