Go to the course you wish to put on the Commons. Once in the course go to Settings. From there you will see a Share to Commons button at the top of the right side panel.

Then it brought up the next page below. All you will need to do is make sure you select All of Dakota Wesleyan University if that is who you wish to see it.

Then scroll down a little further and make sure you just copy the Title into the Description box as this box needs to have something in it. 

After that scroll down a little further and choose which grade level you want. Then select Update.

It can take up to 30 minutes to upload the content but this only took 5 or so. While it is loading it will show the view before so give it sometime and then refresh the page and you will eventually see the course from your Canvas in the Commons one. The font and format may look just a little different but it is exactly the same content.
