Sometimes an app like Zoom may experience slow speeds or dropped connections because ESET gets overly protective. In that case, you may want to exclude an application from ESET protection.
Open ESET. (bottom right corner of the taskbar, sometimes hiding under the ^ icon)
Click Setup, then click Advanced Setup.
Click Web and Email, then next to Exluded applications click Edit.
Scroll down and click on C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom.exe
Click OK on all remaining windows.
