Held or blocked email messages can be reviewed by clicking here:

Bookmark th link for easy access, and check it if you haven't received a message you were expecting.
Click Personal On Hold. This category contains messages addressed directly to you, and is where you are most likely to find legitimate messages that were accidentally held.
Moderated On Hold mostly contains bulk email and messages from listservs.
If you find a message you want to release to your inbox, check the box next to it, then click the thumbs-up button and select one of these options:
Release Message - This sends the selected message to your inbox, but future messages from the same sender will still be held/blocked. Use this option if you're unsure if the sender is trustworthy.
Release Message and Permit Sender - This sends the selected message to your inbox, and future messages from the same sender will be allowed straight into your inbox. Only use this option if you trust the sender.
Release Message and Permit Domain - Do not use this option unless you want to get all emails from every sender in an organization. For example, if you were to allow some.name@gmail.com then you would end up getting thousands of spam messages from fake gmail accounts that end in @gmail.com; only use this option if you're certain you want all messages from an organization. For example, if you allow the domain for some.name@methodistchurch.com you have a much lower risk of getting lots of spam because it is smaller organization with trusted members.
This can be frustrating and inconvenient, but it helps keep our community safe from scams and malicious attackers.
Thanks for doing your part to keep us safe and secure.
