When viewing your inbox, click the Home tab. 

 

Select the spam/phishing message. 

 

In the upper right corner, click Report Message and choose Junk or Phishing.

Phishing emails try to trick you into giving out your username and password by asking you to “verify your information” or “sign in to download a file”. 

 

Junk is just unwanted, like advertisements you didn’t sign up for.

 

Reporting these messages in Outlook will declutter your inbox and help keep us safe from phishing attacks.
