When you change your password Office 365 could run into issues with your account. 

Follow the steps below to resolve those issues. 

1. Open a Microsoft Product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

2. Click File

3. Click Account (near the bottom of the list)

4. Click Sign Out

5. Click Yes on the warning message

6. Click Sign In

7. Enter your DWU email address

8. Enter your DWU password

(9.) If you the the Something Went Wrong box click Done

(This error is not applicable on our campus.)

Use your Office projects as usual.
