Connect to the large multiple function printers on campus by following these steps:
Download the Toshiba Drive
(Contact IT if you need this driver)
This needs to be an admin user (most fac/staff have this permission)
Connect to the Printer via PRINTSRV
Now go to settings and go to Printers & Scanners
Click the plus button
Find PRINTSVR-Library -1st Floor - Printer/Copier
Choose a Driver....
TOSHIBA ColorMFP-X7 (it will be at the bottom of the list)
