If you are running into issues with your browser, clearing the cache will help remove those issues. 


For the Chrome browser follow these steps:

1. Open the Chrome Menu


2. Select Settings


3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and expand Advanced 


4. Under Privacy and security select Clear browsing data


5. Make sure time range is All Time and ALL BOXES are selected. Then selected Clear Data


6. Close out of your browser and reopen and your issues should be resolved. If not contact Support Services.
