A: Yes you can, OneDrive has a recycling bin just like your computer does. However, it only stores the deleted items for 93 days.

Laptop/Desktop: You are not able to access your recycling bin with the downloaded version of OneDrive. You must visit the web version to view the recycling bin.
Tablet/Mobile Device: Navigate to the Me tab, then select Recycling Bin, select the menu for the item you wish to restore, the select Restore
Online: Navigate to the Recycling Bin tab on the left hand side of the screen, select the item you wish to restore, then select Restore at the top of the page
