Freshdesk can be accessed on any mobile device using a web browser.
The Freshdesk app can be found in the Google Play Store.
Once downloaded you will need enter the DWU url (support.dwu.edu).
Then click the arrow to go on to the next step.
Enter your DWU username and click OK.
