Freshdesk can be accessed on any mobile device using a web browser.
You can download the Freshdesk app to get a mobile friendly version of Freshdesk. The app is available for free download in the App Store or the Google Play store.
Once downloaded you will need enter the DWU url (support.dwu.edu).
Then click the arrow to go on to the next step.
An authentication box will pop up asking for a username and password.
Click the CANCEL option to close the box.
In the upper right hand corner, select the Normal Login option.
Next enter your DWU email and password. Then click login to continue.
Do not login with Google or Facebook. They are not supported by our system.
